Upcomming Rank Promotions

In about next week, Generals and President will be evaluating org members, promoting will take place with set titles.
Note of positions/ranks: Unit commander and above can invite new orgmates, in trust of finding quality people and training as well.
Squad commanders and above will take role in city raids as ranked to control most of the city's settings.
Generals: welcome and salute new General Fixnglide!

I suggested we have monthly evaluations or maybe keep a Generals' and President's log. I don't know exactly how, its basically notes for high ranks to keep uptodate, i use to have an advisors' bot but bots can be so damn buggy. maybe itll work this time.
